The band, not the Diesel pitchpuppet, is coming to New York City. The ’90s sprawling psychedelic pop punk purveyors are playing Maxwell’s in Hoboken tonight and hitting the Music Hall of Williamsburg on Saturday night. So here’s a a fun project, make your Pete the Meat Puppet and bring him along to the show. During “Backwater” maybe a legion of little meat puppets will crowd surf to the stage all ’90s style.
