Cupcake Cannibalism
The Butcher does not usually advocate skinning and eating people. The Butcher is going to make an exception for the three young ladies who run a blog called Cupcakes Take the Cake. The trio celebrates its third anniversary of writing about cupcakes today. To be clear, they write about nothing but cupcakes. Every day. Obviously this is a level of obsession we can appreciate, but about cupcakes? For christ fucking sake. Just today there were seven new posts up on the blog. Some of them as many as a few hundred words long and with pictures. The women have traveled far and wide. They’ve been on MSNBC and The Martha Stewart Show. Talking about cupcakes. As everyone knows, nice soft girls who have been doing nothing for three years other than staying cooped up in front of their computers like veal and scarfing down cupcakes, make for the most succulent and sweetest meat in the world.
