Bone marrow at Minetta Tavern, via Eater
If there is such a thing as a too much bacon we have long since passed that point as a nation, as a culture and as respectable carnivores. Grub Street has very calmly pointed out that it might be time for “another foodstuff we can fawn over every day until bacon goes away.” Never let it be said that we are not doing our part looking for new delicacies to soothe the meat-eating palate. It is time for bone marrow to have its day. It makes perfect sense if you think about it: Its creamy, delicious, indulgent, fattening, decadent, sufficiently forbidden and, GS might like this best of all, will probably never end up covered in chocolate.
