As a former Syracuse, N.Y. resident, I must say how pleased and surprised I was this morning to open The Butcher Blog in my browser (the first thing I do every morning after I pee) and find a post giving Dinosaur Barbecue and its leather-clad patrons the respect it deserves. Kudos to you, Butcher Experts. Kudos to you.
